How do I change my passwords?

Welcome to our tutorial on changing passwords whenever you need it!
There are two scenarios in which you may need to update your login credentials during your trading journey: you may want to change your password for accessing the Portal/Dashboard, or you may want to update your password for a Specific Challenge. In this guide, we will walk you through both scenarios.
How to update your Portal/Dashboard password from the app?
- Click on My Portal tab.
- Locate Change Password section.
- Provide your current password.
- Provide and confirm your new password.
- Click on the Update button.
Did you forgot your password and don’t have access to the app?
- Access our login page by clicking here.
- Click on the Reset Password option.
- You will receive an email that will allow you to change your password.
How to change password for a Specific Challenge?
- Click on the Challenge Account tab.
- Select the account that you would like to change password for.
- Locate the Credentials button and click on it.
- Click on the Reset Password button.
- You will receive an email with your new credentials.
